Anxiety creeps in like a thief in night,

Stealing peace and causing such fright.

It grips tight and won't let go,

Making life a constant ebb and flow.


But do not despair, there is hope in sight,

A way to combat this fearsome fight.

Take deep breaths, let your worries cease,

Focus on the present, release.


Exercise, meditate, find a friend to confide,

Take care of yourself, be your own guide.

Nature's beauty, immerse yourself in it,

Find solace in small things, don't let it quit.


Anxiety may return, but it won't last long,

You are strong, you'll keep pushing on.

With every challenge, you'll grow and thrive,

Anxiety, you won't survive.
