Fragmented mind, lost
In a world of delusion,
Isolation reigns.
Delusions rule me,
I cannot escape their hold,
Mind forever torn.
A kaleidoscope
Of thoughts that never cohere,
My reality blurred.
My thoughts and emotions
Are jumbled, confusing swirl,
Schizophrenia's pain.
From the darkness I
See things that aren't there, hear sounds
That nobody else does.
My mind a prisoner
Of my own thoughts and fears, lost
In this endless night.
